The player was clocked driving his vehicle at 234 kilometres per hour in a section of the M-303 road near San Martín de la Vega, where the maximum permitted speed limit is 100 kilometres per hour. As a result, the speeding driver was fined 20,000 euro and a ban of 12 months from driving.
