The fleeing vehicle eventually crashed into a truck, with one of the patrol cars and a motorbike being damaged in the collision.

Upon approaching the crashed car, officers discovered that the driver, a Polish national, was naked from the waist down and it was his clothes he had been throwing from the vehicle.

One of the officers suffered a broken leg and the other from a collapsed kneecap. The reckless actions of the driver risked the lives of many people on the roads and will be dealt with through the courts.
