Local Police in Seville sanctioned a driver for a number of offences, a driver who had originally thought that the angels-of-bargains were shining down!

The officers observed the driver of a light passenger van talking on their mobile and so decided to stop the vehicle.

They then noticed that the vehicle, which was displaying novice driver identification plates, as well as a Baby on Board sign, appeared overloaded.

The driver said that they had been taking advantage of the IVA free day (tax free day) at the local supermarket, and so stocked up with 442 litres of beer.

The offences were reported and it would appear that the angels-of-bargains had now moved on.
