Around 30 members of the security services have been attending a course in Guardamar, aimed at providing training in how to identify administrative and practical irregularities relating to foreign registered vehicles driving on the roads of Spain.

The three-day course was inaugurated by Guardamar´s mayor, José Luis Sáez, on Monday with officers from the Guardia Civil, National and Local Police coming together to learn how to identify and subsequently deal with identified issues.

The Mayor thanked the attendees for their interest shown in attending the course, where the officers from across this region and Murcia will work with more than a hundred foreign registrations, from EU and non-EU countries, as well as hundreds of documents, most of them fake, to enable them to recognise documentation, especially forged ones.
