As the article explains…

Francisco Javier Morales is a Guardia Civil traffic officer who, three years ago, created a Facebook page and a website (which he called N332, because it is the highway that runs along the Alicante coast and the one that he patrols daily) on which he publishes information in English about the road safety law in Spain, mainly aimed at informing foreign residents in the area. It has 119,303 followers on Facebook, a very active community in its publications, and aims to publicise the most frequent infractions and explain how they could be avoided. In addition, in his free time and in an altruistic way he gives talks in English to the foreign associations of the area.

Thank you for voting.
