Report a lost/stolen document to the police (Because they could be used for illegal activities).- Make an appointment in the Traffic Office, calling 060, they will issue a new Logbook / Driving Licence.
- You will have to visit the ITV Station and carry your vehicle to the engineer of the station who will issue you a new ITV card.
(If your ITV card was full of stamps, do not worry, in your next ITV test, they will give you an extra card which will be stapled to the ITV card).
