Two people were injured on Monday evening in a collision between a tram and a car in Alicante.
The incident occurred on avenida de Miriam Blasco when the vehicle apparently crossed the path of the tram which was unable to stop before colliding with it on a controlled crossing.
The victims in the car suffered minor injuries as a result, including neck pain and concussion.
