Four people were injured in a crash with a basic life support ambulance near the L’Aljub shopping centre in Elche on Tuesday.
The ambulance, which as transferring a patient and their companion, accompanied by a medical intern, an ambulance assistant and the driver, collided with a car and overturned. The ambulance driver was unhurt but the four people in the back of the SVB unit had to be taken to hospital in alternative vehicles.
The driver of the car was also uninjured in the crash.
