Two people were injured on Tuesday evening in a collision between two cars and a truck on the A-7 motorway.
The incident occurred at around 19:10 in the Murcia region as the vehicles were heading in the Alicante direction.
The emergency services received four calls reporting the crash and dispatched the Guardia Civil traffic department, fire service and medical units from both Murcia and Molina de Segura.
Upon arriving at the scene the rescuers found two people unconscious, one of whom was trapped in the truck. They were taken to hospital for treatment.
