Representatives from both the n332.es website team and the Guardia Civil officers who run the N332 Facebook page got together this week in a presentation organised by the ADAPT association based in San Pedro del Pinatar.

After an introduction by the ADAPT President John Frame, Fransisco Morales, a serving Guardia Civil officer based in Torrevieja, then took to the stage to start the presentation. Joined by Mark Nolan from the n332.es website, the pair showed a series of videos, including the famous “How to Identify an Unmarked Guardia Civil Patrol Car” film, and the infamous “How to Drive on a Roundabout” animation, before taking the audience through a series of slides detailing the laws relating to driving in Spain.

During the 90 minute presentation, some of the most popular questions were answered, and the most popular topics covered, including everything from documents and equipment you must carry, trailers and loads, speed, alcohol and drugs, licensing and emergencies, as well as the latest changes to the laws, such as children no longer being allowed to travel in the front of vehicles.

This was the latest presentation aimed at the ex-pat community, which was kindly made available partly through the assistance of Autos Direct, who will be collaborating with the N332 project in the future to provide other information such as mechanical advice and allow us to produce a number of videos related to vehicle maintenance at their facility in San Miguel.

Together, we thank ADAPT for inviting us to give the presentation and for providing the photographs.
